Melrose is a well loved vacation rental. Extensive renovations were recently carried out at the property resulting in high end finishes and specifications throughout. The house is situated in an executive neighbourhood in Smith’s Parish in a very private location on a cliffside with stunning views along the South Shore coastline.

Numerous features include 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms – each bedroom and bathroom is beautifully decorated. There is a king size bed in the master, two queens in two additional guest rooms and two singles in the other. The living room offers two seating areas and access onto an extensive verandah overlooking the pool and view. The dining room also accesses the outdoor dining area. There is a state of the art kitchen with a large walk in pantry and laundry chute . A large den with TV is located on the upper floor and on the lower level along is a small media room, state of the art laundry room and wet bar area. Decorative painting and finishes have been carried out throughout enhancing the appeal of every room.

The pool deck can be accessed from the verandah off the master bedroom , the main living areas and a lower bedroom and boasts a new horizon pool, hot tub and cliffside gazebo. There is a central sound system throughout the house which extends to this area.

A housekeeper is included in the rate working two days per week. Services of a chef are available by special arrangement for the tenant’s account. There is a car for rent for those with Bermuda licenses. Electricity and overseas calls are for the tenant’s account.

Rates: $10,500 per week $30,000 per month.
Extras: Electricity and gas are for the account of the tenant. A rental tax of 4.5% is payable by the tenant.
